1. Acceptance
By creating a TruForms account or using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using TruForms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
TruForms (operated by TruenoTech, India) is a hosted backend for HTML forms: we accept form submissions on your behalf, score them for spam, deliver them by email and integrations, and store them per your plan. Specific limits (submissions/month, retention window, max file size, included features) are listed on the Pricing page and apply to your active plan.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect compromise. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the forms you operate and the data you collect through them, including obtaining any required consents from the people who submit them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use TruForms to send spam, harvest personal data without lawful basis, distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section without notice or refund. The /submit endpoint is rate-limited (60 requests/minute/IP and 300/minute/form); attempting to circumvent rate limits is a breach.
5. Payment and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly cycle in Indian Rupees via Razorpay. Cancelling converts your workspace to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods. Over-quota submissions are rejected with HTTP 402; we do not silently charge overage. Prices and plan limits may change with at least 30 days notice; you may cancel before any change takes effect.
6. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail payment for more than 14 days, or pose a risk to the service or its users. After termination, submissions are retained per your last active plan's retention window, then deleted. You can export your data at any time before termination.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TruForms is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited (such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via in-app notice or email to the workspace owner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
